Modern Standard Trio

Modern Standard is a Bay Area jazz trio featuring Allen Zhu on sax, Mike Cassidy on keys, and Josh Payne on drums. The group performs at galas and private house parties throughout San Francisco, offering a repertoire of jazz standards, bebop classics, and contemporary arrangements. Collectively, the group has recorded several jazz albums and is part of the SF Philharmonic and SF Civic Symphony.
