Learn the basics of tasting wine and how to talk about the complex world of wine. Taught by Matt and Tom they will go over structure, body and flavor. Learn about the six most important grape varietals and how they can improve your wine selection ability.
Flavor
Matt and Tom will take you on a journey of flavor! They will discuss how to talk about what you are experiencing in ways that are in line with the wine world. They will translate the confusing and often pretentious vocabulary of wine people and offer you the tools to be confidant talking to the most experienced wine professionals. Using the actual fruits, herbs, spices and flowers you hear people talking about, you will be able to make the direct connection like seasoned wine professionals. This will be a completely interactive wine class like none you have ever taken!
